Vicky Fielding Benefit Dinner

   This is my sweet friend, Vicky.  I took this photo of her five years ago...  Ten years ago, I met Vicky and we became instant great friends.  She is an amazing mother, "SUPER MOM" actually, of five beautiful kids.  Vicky is the first person to be there for anyone that needs help...  She is kind to everyone, always positive.   I absolutely love her laugh and have been blessed to hear it often!  Vicky was diagnosed with IBC (more information)  a little over five years ago.  Courageous is one word that describes Vicky; along with gracious, sweet, caring and always giving.
  This Monday, February 14th at 6:00 p.m. a benefit dinner will be held for her at the Gunnison Elementary School.  A great beef dinner will be served and there will be a fabulous auction as well.  ALL the proceeds go to help Vicky and her family with the financial burden this has caused.  The prices are $10 a person, $15 a couple, $30 a family.

I will be auctioning off a photo shoot if you want to bid on it

My hopes are that this Valentine's Day, a lot of LOVE will be shown to this amazing woman and her sweet family.

Ansley turned 1 - ROUND TWO

Round TWO!   I have to take a minute to give kudos to my sweet husband... why, you ask?  Well, check out this amazing baby buggy from the early 1900's!  Yes, he surprised me with this beauty for Christmas and it was a complete and wonderful surprise!   He bought it from my cute friend, Kristin's shop... she has AMAZING things in that store.  She also sells things on etsy if you're interested, go here.   Ansley took the first ride in it and I think she liked it!

I love the times I get to spend taking photos of my own kids... Lauren makes it a blast; always cracking jokes, pulling faces and making it fun! I think I will start posting a few of the funny ones now and again... thus the last photo!  HAA

This handsome guy happens to be my good friend, Vicky's son...  It've known him since he was seven!   He played quarterback for Gunnison High School and is such a great guy.  Congratulations, graduate!

Happy Birthday, Ansley! - ROUND ONE

I have had the great opportunity to photograph Ansley from the time she was born (click here).  What a beautiful baby girl!  Then some more with her darling cousin... my favorite baby in a purse! (click here)  This is round one... the weather turned off cold and windy; not a good combination for a baby.  We'll do more later and I can't wait!

WOW!   This darling girl is beautiful both inside and out...  We had such a great time with this shoot!   Let's just say, we had all the hard elements for taking pictures - freezing cold, hard wind and bright sun. . . and Kaylee was just a trooper through it all.  And there was a lot of laughing involved, especially when I told her to be serious!  haha  Congratulations graduate!
