For those of you that know me or follow me... you know I love meaningful things. This girl's shoot was very near and dear to my heart. Her dad was a coal miner. She brought his gear to pay tribute to him in some photographs. There was a moment in the shoot that I knew how very special it was and call me weird, but I think he was there... I have a deep respect for coal miners and their families. I am so grateful I am able to do this job that I love, that I can have moments like that, that I gain amazing friends along the way... This girl's family have become dear friends.
